General Conditions for All Returns:
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item should not have been used in any way.
- Returned products must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your product is unable to be delivered and is returned to us due to an invalid address or unclaimed shipment, we will attempt to contact you to obtain the correct mailing address. If we are unable to reach you, we will cancel your order.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Books
- Autographed books are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalized nature.
Puzzles
- The item should have its original packaging.
Apparel
Our apparel is printed on demand by a third-party vendor when you place your order, so we strive to minimize the need for returns or exchanges. However, we will review requests for returns or exchanges on an individual basis.
