Superheroes Here and There

I met Crystel at an Arts Fair and was impressed by the quality of her books and the messages within. They story includes important messages about the good in everyone and includes definitions of words that younger readers may not know. The art work is also fantastic and very engaging. I highly encourage you to check out Crystel Patterson's entire line and share within your own circle. I purchased both "Superheroes Here and There" and "I am Different", both part of the Inspired to Be series. I am super excited to give them to a special young person in my life.

A great children's book. My kid loves it when we read it.

I picked up this series at a craft show where I was able to meet the author. She is just as kind in person as she portrays in her stories. She took the time to write a kind message to my third grade students. I can't wait to share this with them.

My nephew and I truly enjoyed this wonderful story. He is obsessed with superheroes like the little boy in this book. He was more amazed to find out that everyday people who do good deeds are the real superheroes. The author did a fabulous job conveying this important message and simplifying it in a way that my 4-year-old nephew could understand. Bravo! I highly recommend this book.

This book taught my four year old and myself a wonderful concept. He loves superheroes so he was instantly drawn to the book and on the last page he jumped in and pointed out all the superheroes; which really showed that he understood the concept of the book. He was introduced to crossing guards and scientists which he keeps talking about!
